In this Episode of the what I learned from podcast I talk with USA army veteran Cameron Harman about his experiences at war and how they changed his life. Coming back from the conflict in Afghanistan he was diagnosed with PTSD and eventually found ways of over coming the traumatic thoughts and stress responses, we talk about how he uses mindfulness meditation, how he was introduced to Buddhism, and how writing a book about his spiritual transformation was a actually a powerful form of self reflection that helped him as well.
