Audio-Technica ATH-M40x Review! - Are these headphones over hyped?

I've owned these headphones for a couple years now and when i got them they were broken and I'm sure i'm not the only one that has had these headphones break as there is a weak point on the swivel. That being said they are decent headphones, and actually they are cheaper then I thought they would be. Be aware that they are more fragile than people think they are and should be well maintained.
