Budrot / Botrytis fungus can spread through your densest kolas in 1-2 days completely destroying them and making them unsafe to smoke. It can also spread from plant to plant really easy, The easiest way to deal with it is by controlling the grow environment, lowering humidity is key, but with an outdoor grow this can be out of your control. So if it has progressed to far, the easiest thing to do is harvest early, remove all infected parts from the plant (carefully not to spread it) and to wash the remaining bud in a 3 stage bud wash. There are a couple different bud washes you can do people find that baking soda and lemon works, hydrogen peroxide and dish soap, and many other options.
In this video I show you a simple 3 stage bud wash that works great, I did a quick dip in each bath, but you could also soak them in the peroxide wash to make sure that it is disinfected.
Let me know how this process goes for you and best of luck with your harvest!
