Should the Ballistic Vest Return in Modern Warfare Multiplayer?

Should Infinity Ward introduce the Ballistic Vest in Modern Warfare Multiplayer? The ballistic vest was first used in Modern Warfare 3 in 2011 and is currently being used in Spec Ops in Modern Warfare. Would adding this give players move confidence to move around the map or would it not make a change at all, when it comes to camping?
