ASIA LEADERS FORUM ON REAL ESTATE. Lawyer Salvador Panelo hails from Naga, Camarines Sur. He studied at the University of the Philippines Diliman in 1966, where he earned his BS in Political Science and BA English degrees in 1971. He was involved in student activism during the Martial Law. He stayed at UP Diliman and completed his law stints at the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1974 and passed the Philippine Bar Examination at the same year.
