I find that, generally speaking, many people are scared of demons. Sometimes this is out of ignorance. Other times they feel that is not their calling. Or they may not understand who they really are, the identity that they have from the Father and the authority that they have from Yeshua/Jesus being in them.Show more

But when the pieces are in place you become a little bit more emboldened to deal with the demons once you start understanding that we are fighting spiritual beings more than flesh & blood (Eph 6:12) and start understanding they only have as much power as we give them - although we’ve given them alot through the generations.

Psa 138:7 Though I walk in the midst of distress, You revive me; You stretch out Your hand Against the wrath of my enemies, And Your right hand saves me.

It's one thing to state a verse. It's another thing to live it.

In general, the demons that reside in people are basically 'worker bees'. Those ones are generally easier to work with than those evil entities that reside exterior of a person. They can all wreak havoc but the lower ones are generally easier to work with (relatively speaking).

But what should be the proper response? How do we get ourselves out of this dilemma?
