Daytona Beach has a capitalization rate of 7% and the median sale price on vacation homes in the market was $260,500. Gross annual rental revenue in the market averaged $38,790, said the report. Six other Florida cities made the list including: Palm Coast 3rd Okaloosa Island 5th Fort Lauderdale 6th Cape Coral 11th Bradenton 20th and Port St. Joe.
