TEXT: 1 Corinthians 13

This passage shows us that all of our good works and beliefs must be motivated by the love of God, or else they amount to nothing. It is not enough to give to the poor, or have great knowledge, or even have great faith in God. We must have the love that God has shown to us living in us. We can have the knowledge of all the books in the world and speak like angels, but without Godly love, it is all as meaningless as the sound of musical instruments.
