In this video we walk through the garden harvesting some breakfast greens and some corn, and then we clean up the drying room and set it up for the large amount of herbs we will be drying this year. I also take you into the yard where we have some wild shaggy mane mushrooms growing and I harvest and cook those up, they were amazing!
