Couple DIY Builds Dream Van for full time Van Life | Ford Transit Camper Conversion Tour!

Dori and Mena took around a year of their weekends and evenings to build out their custom Ford transit camper specifically to their needs for full time van life on the road! This van has some really unique features like an Isotemp water heater that heats their water passively while driving by diverting the engine coolant to circulate around a water tank. Solar panels to charge 200 amp hours of lithium batteries that power their lights, pumps, computers, induction stove top, and instant pot. Custom cabinets that take in count airflow so that condensation in the van doesn't cause issues. custom insulated window coverings. A steel shower base. A two bed system with a pathway between them that can become one big bed with multi use RV levelers / snow and mud traction mats. And so much more. They really thought through this build and even though they had no construction experience and didn't even own a tool themselves when they started they were able to build an amazing off grid camper van that suits their needs.
