This was a random stop at Central Falls Detention Facility on September 9th 2019. They had signs that suggest people cannot take photographs from the public sidewalk of the facility. How do you think they respected our right to film in public!?!? I will be posting a few older videos that I I've come across while going through my SD cards while I focus on other things.
