With Wisconsin embroiled in a battle over the governor's power for Line Item Veto, I was reminded of some Twitter discussion from 2018 when we were talking about the Omnibus package. Trump asked for the power, but it was already deemed unconstitutional. Today we went through the case for the Line Item Veto power, and why it should be revisited
