Resonate to Your Nature Human Design System

There is a common misconception among newcomers that the "Not-Self" comes only from the openness.

If you make personal decisions from the inconsistent aspects within you, for example...

any adaptive strategies you've learned to deal with the pain of the openness

(like thinking about things that really don't matter to you),

yes, that can lead to the expression of Not-Self tendencies.

Remember the Not-Self signposts are coming from the chart definition (or lack thereof). When you are acting from the anger, frustration, bitterness, and disappointment, you are continuing along a path your body is clearly signaling to you not to go down, which creates more of the same.

Remember to experiment with your Strategy and Authority and watch how it can bring you into balance, to resonate with the essential nature of your being.

I hope this video helps explain important things to grasp when it comes to tuning your vehicle so you can live your inherent spirit, your frequency.
