Garden Harvest is here - Time to Plant again! - E96
Our potatoes are ready! We dug the potatoes and find out it’s time to increase the height of our potato bed. at 5.5” high it’s too short to have potatoes deep enough to have a good yield. Last year we had a tarp under the soil to keep weeds from coming up. It worked but it also stopped the potatoes from making roots below. We removed the tarp in the spring and we had a decent harvest of taters.
Before we plant we use the RK25 tractor to push the loamy soil off to the side so we can break up the ground underneath. The King Kutter box grader tines do a great job at this, not to mention putting the soil back!
Next we find old boards for enlarging the bed, and put the soil back, and the potatoes get replanted! Hopefully a delayed frost this year!

We have a problem - our tomato plants are wilting and it started with two plants. It started spreading to the others around it next.
