Best Track Cleaning Car ever for model trains

Yes, I've tried them all and none has ever done an acceptable job. Then it came to me - perhaps I was going about it the wrong way. Using a spotlight flatcar, I can detect the exact location that needs cleaning and then use elbow grease to do it the right way. As a bonus, this method detects shorts that need to be fixed. I don't know why I never thought of this before, considering the fact I have more spotlight cars than I need.
