More than 50 Ukrainian prisoners of war from the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol, some who were reportedly in the process of testifying and standing trial, were killed during the shelling of the detention facility in Yelenovka on the night of July 29. Russia and Ukraine blame each other. The UN is beginning an investigation.
