Who Is This Person ?

Suspicious person lurking in corner hiding from all - taking photos of Rally Protesters.

Can anyone identify who or what this person is and why they are there and what they were doing ?

They run away like a stunned and scared rat when when the lights are turned on when someone saw them.

They refused to identify who they are or what they are taking photos for, but they rather run away from being noticed as fast as possible ( while taking photos ).

It appeared as though they did not know which way to go, and have to what could only be presume as they had to make a call to their handlers to know what they were to do next.
