Autumn Leaves in Blue Ridge Mountains, Jocassee Gorges, SC -- Drone Footage

Jumping Off Rock, Lake Jocassee and Rolling Blue Ridge Mountains are only a few reasons you should visit Horse Pasture Road. I was able to catch the sunset at Jumping Off Rock this time, which was crazy pretty. 4WD or AWD cars recommended. The Seasonal Green Gates are typically open from Mid-September to Mid- March which allows you to go from Rock Bottom all the way to Lake Jocassee. Several other seasonal roads are open, including being able to go to NC and/or drive straight through without backtracking. Great Day!
