Southeast Wisconsin weather: Muggy Sunday with scattered rain, storms

Steady rain moved in overnight and more rain is on the way. The rain will be more scattered during the day with windows of dry weather. Heavy rain and storms return tonight and a few showers linger tomorrow morning. Most will pick up 1-2 inches of total rain, but there will likely be some locally higher amounts.
