The world is full of people that will sometimes try to take advance of you, so you need to learn how to stand up for yourself in a relationship, at work, at school or any other place. If you want to know how to be more assertive without being aggressive or rude, then watch the full video. The hardest thing for most people is to know how to deal with aggressive people and so I decided to also touch on it. It is not just the physical abusers, but also verbal abusers that are bullies. You need to know how to stand up to bullies and stand strong for who you are and what you believe in. Standing up for yourself, in the beginning, won't easy if you are not used to it, but have the courage and do it more and more until it becomes a habit.
