The city of Vincent in US' Alabama has dissolved its police department and fired its police chief and assistant police chief after a racist text allegedly sent by one of them surfaced on social media. The text made a reference to a "pregnant slave". "[The incident] has torn this community apart," Vincent councilman Corey Abrams said.
