Rain and storms move in overnight, heavy rain possible

Sunday will be humid with on and off rounds of rain and a few thunderstorms. Highs will be in the 80s. Rain will be heavy at times, and any areas that see repeated rounds of rain could deal with localized flooding issues and rises on area waterways.
