This workout was a pyramid up to 275 for 5 on Front squats, followed by a pyramid up to 315 on RDL (Romanian Deadlifts) for 3 which is in the next video. This is a great alternative to back squats for leg day, because front squats hit the quads, and RDLs work the hamstrings like nothing else. These were plenty deep, but the camera angle was pretty low. Please subscribe.
