A Korean delight (Tteokbokki 떡볶이 edition)

A delicious hamalgamation of spices, rice noodles, and rice cakes.

Here's my recipe:

- 8oz rice cakes
- 4 oz rice noodles
- 1/4 head of cabbage
- 4 oz fish cakes
- 1/2 an onion

The Sauce:

- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoon Korean red pepper paste (gochujang)
- 2 tablespoon Korean red chili powder (gochucaru)
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon mirin rice vinegar
- 1.5 tablespoon honey
- 1.5 cups of water for the broth
