Pt.2 Big Mangrove Snapper and African Pompano on jigheads - Offshore Tampa Bay

Pt. 2 The offshore tampa Bay adventure continues with some great big mangrove snapper catches and some line zinging African pompano. We also have a jumbo jolthead porgy come into the boat. The bite definitely got better later in the day. The mangrove snapper were fired up and eager to snatch up our whitebait that we drifted down on 20 lb Ohero Crystal Clear Fluorocarbon and 1/4 oz. Mission Fishin circle hook jigheads. We had ten dozen shrimp that barely got touched because the whitebait was getting hit so good. We were able to scratch off pompano on Kris Greene's bucket list and man what a fight! Fishing offshore out of Tampa Bay / Saint Pete Beach is always an exciting day!
