Did I Just Find Out Where Unconscious Bias and Microaggression Come From?

I came across a topic called "impostor syndrome/phenomenon," didn't know what it was, and decided to look it up. Ironically, I also seem to have found out the source for unconscious bias and microaggression, which is insecurity.
