Italian Classic All In One Pot Cheesy Vegetarian Pasta Dish. For Busy People. Super Easy. Cheap

This Vegetarian Italian pasta recipe is a so easy, all you need to do is add everything in one pot and go. Perfect for hard working busy people and it's very cheap too. It's a real classic in my family.

Apparently, this recipe was invented by my Italian grand father who was a young inexperienced chef in the Navy during the WWII.
The rations were very limited so he used to rummage for small scraps left around ( that should explain why i used 2 types of pasta) so he came up with this very rustic mish-mash of odd ingredients, but his mates loved it so much that he become a national hero (no, not really i made the hero part).
Anyway this dish did become a classic in my mother family and she taught to me.
