This is a very easy and quick way to make slimming plant based milk with melon seeds to help with your weight loss regime.
Don't throw away these amazing power house of minerals and proteins
Method:

1. Scoop out all the seeds including the netting around them
2. Use 2 cups or 1/2 litre of water for about 100g of the seeds
3. Blend from low to high for 1 or 2 minutes
4. Strain in a nut milk bag or muslin cloth or any other fine kitchen towel

Drink it as you like it as it is already. Chill it or warm it up or even add it to smoothies or soups.
It's up to you, and you will get the melon seeds benefits
Very thirst quenching and loaded with minerals and proteins
