Dunking Biscotti Fingers. Egg-Free, Sugar-Free. Healthy Treat From a Giant Baked Biscotto Trick!

These dunking fingers are made from a baked giant biscotto, perfect for trick or treat. Very healthy & guilt free as they are Egg free & Sugar free.

This is not a typical "biscotti recipe" but the result is pretty similar, they look and taste like they have actually been baked twice, but they are not!

Instead, the trick is it is the length of baking and the fairly dry dough that i baked as a whole thin square piece and then cut in strips after it was baked and cooled down.

This gives this bake "the biscotti effect" quite hard and crunchy. It is such an easy and quick treat to make in no time when we crave for just a bit of sweetness - which by the way comes from a completely sugar free sweetener.

Ingredients:
250g of soft cream cheese
150g of erythritol
100g of wholemeal flour (130g if you are using white)
1or 2 tablespoons of double cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
