Trump Pulling Troops Out of South Korea

Trump is demanding a fee of $4.7 billion from the Republic of Korea or else he will bring the US troops stationed in South Korea back home! So far the South Koreans seem uninterested in pay Trump's fee, so there is a possibility that American troops may finally leave the Korean peninsula.
