Intermittant Fasting Update Jan 22

OK so today I've extended the fast past 24 hours and not hungry really, oddly went for a jog today to the hotel zone and totally good energy levels. In fact my endurance was up. Still have a bit of that fade light head feeling if I move my head fast but otherwise nothing really noticable.

Considering maybe doing the 20-4 fasting 5 days a week and doubling a fast day to skip one eating day so a bit of a 20-4 with 5 / 2 fast.
