RFPA no longer applicable for investigation of domestic terrorism, not only international terrorism?

More comments on the take away of ignoring the RFPA protections on release of banking information without notice. Class 6: Emergency disclosures and disclosure to federal agencies charged with foreign intelligence or counter intelligence or other national security protective functions. Example: A bank may disclose customer records to a federal agency if the customer is suspected of terrorist action.
