DC Lightning Strike - White House Lightning Event:

In the news today, DC lightning strike in 4 people, and a couple passed away. The other 2 people are still being treated. The incident happened at Layfette Park right in front of the capital building while four people were visiting DC. There were no witnesses mentioned that saw the lightning strike. Secret Service tried to assist those injured until EMS arrived. All people were struck by the lightning at the same time. The lightning strike DC incident has caught everyone by surprise, especially being a Washington DC Lightning event. That is the story on the DC Lightning Strike in the news.

Power Outage Michigan: After the major rains and floods, Detroit's power outage hit the news. In news, in the news stated that Detriot Michigan experienced a power outage for over 100,000 people. The lost power in Michigan extended to more than one county.

There were over 100k people without power after the later Michigan storms and Michigan floods. Power is being restored and as writing this video description, only 2100 people are without power. Michigan State Police warned residents in Macomb County and Wayne County on Twitter regarding the weather conditions.
