Here I show fast way to make my raw flat pitta style bread no dehydrator needed for Slimming Healthy Raw Bread Recipes. Series of 3 Parts. Part 2.

Ingredients:
I use the ground fermented flax seed from part 1 and I add 1/2 cup of ground to powder sprouted buckwheat seeds
1/8 of teaspoon of salt
1/8 of teaspoon of soda bicarbonate
1 teaspoon of Extra Virgin olive oil
Mix all
NO extra liquid required, the dough is moist enough

Shape as a pitta bread type form on a non stick paper with a drop of olive oil.

Place under a medium/high grill for 1 minute
Flip it over, grill for another 1 minute
Do this twice more on each side for a total of 4 flips and 4 minutes.

The bread will be dry and warm externally but not cooked as it is still fully raw and soft on the inside
