Fresher Lighter Chunkier Healthier Version Of Guacamole Salsa Salad Side Dish. Low Carbs & Low Fat

In this video I make my healthier & chunkier but lighter & fresher version of guacamole salsa. Low Fat & Low Carbs, it's more of a salad and/or side dish as i use less avocado and as optional just a tiny splash of extra virgin olive oil

This is a low fat chunkier version, very easy & very few ingredients:
--3 big tomatoes. Remove woody tops. Slice them lengthwise & chop them in fairly small pieces
--few pinches of natural sugar-free sweetener to counteract tomatoes acidity
--one big and very ripe avocado
--a few green top end leaves of spring onions. These are much milder and tastier in raw recipes than a regular onion. I regrow the greens from store bought ones - on my windowsill
--a few small pinches of paprika
--and a sprinkle of ground coriander - if you have fresh leaves even better
--a few pinches of salt
--optional: a splash of Organic extra virgin olive oil
mix all well & it's ready to enjoy as a salad, as a light salsa or even as a side dish
lighter fresher than regular guacamole. very low in cals, &carbs. Perfect for dieting & losing weight easy
