Ingredients

1/4 cup red onions, cut into small pieces- https://amzn.to/2KPC8R7
1/2 avocado, diced- https://amzn.to/3ol7i0y
2 garlic cloves, minced- https://amzn.to/3sV76bM
1 tablespoon olive oil- https://amzn.to/3qZyjbH
1/4 tsp sea salt- https://amzn.to/3cjyMRX
3 mushrooms- https://amzn.to/36aTPC8
A little ground black pepper- https://amzn.to/3cbL7Hw
a dash Tumeric- https://amzn.to/3okKKwL
1 tsp fresh ginger- https://amzn.to/3a9dofp
1 tablespoon Manitou truffle seasoning- https://amzn.to/2NCS4r4
DIRECTIONS:
1. Turn heat to medium-high. Add olive oil to a pan, cut all veggies and garlic, and add to a nonstick pan.
2. Add eggs, stir everything together
2.Season with a little salt and ground pepper, turmeric, fresh ginger, garlic, and manitou truffle seasoning.
3.Transfer the easy spinach, egg scramble to a plate, add sliced avocados on top and serve immediately. Enjoy!
