Who Knew Brussels Sprouts Can be as Delicious as they are Healthy. New way to Prepare Them.

In this video i make my Slimming Steamed & Roasted Brussels Sprouts that no one yest has ever tasted until now such healthy but super yummy, so good for you slim easy recipe

Remove stalks & any damaged leave.
Place them in a boiling steamer.
Cook for about 8 mins at medium Heat.
Do the fork test, They should be just soft enough for fork to pierce them
Pour them in an oven dish.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt, a pinch dry garlic, a pinch of pepper & any herbs you like.
add 20 to 40 grams of butter (depending how light you prefer it)
I have spring onions, but thin red slices or dry onion powder will be nice too
Cover with some foil & bake in a preheated oven at 190C/375F for 8 mins.
It smells delicious. Remove the foil, check if more condiments is required.
Place back in the oven for a further 6 to 8 mins until golden brown & crispy.
& voila', they look, taste heavenly. they are savoury, buttery, moreish.
Totally addictive, but super light, healthy & extremely good for you.
