Super Light Slim-Easy Carrots 'Chips' Side Dish Steamed & Sauteed In Minutes. Quick & Healthy

In this short video I am demonstrating how to make my slim easy quick, healthy, very light side dish of first steamed then saute carrot sticks or chips that goes really well with the veggie mock 'steaks.

2 big carrots chopped in small sticks. Steam them for 8 mins or until 'al dente'
I am reusing the pan with the juices from the mushroom 'Steaks' made earlier
In order to flash sauté' them in all that lovely flavor
the pan has enough residual fats to gently crispen up the carrots.
add a pinch of salt. Cover, Cook at low for 2 mins. they will absorb all the flavors.
and they are done. Turn off the flame.
I am adding a little lemon dressing for an extra zing.
I am serving them with the King Oyster mini 'steaks' just cooked. See my previous video.
