Weight Loss Nourishing Bananas & Celery 'Milk'.

Today I made my Slimming Extra Sweet, Super Healthy Bananas & Celery Raw Vegan 'Milk'. Based on the teaching of the ancient wisdom Doctrine of Signatures

I have some Homemade date syrup (See my recipe on this channel)

2 frozen bananas and 1 small stalk of celery.
Chop celery and bananas and place them in your blender.
Add 4 heaped tablespoons of date syrup or any other sweetener you like, like maple syrup or agave nectar.
This is optional, it's more for People who don't like celery & for fussier children.
Add about 3/4 cup to 1 cup of cold water.
Blend for about 30 to 60 seconds. Start with low power first and gradually increase to max power.
And voila’, here it is, delicious sweet & tangy super healthy plant milk.
It's super creamy, nourishing, filling & packed with antioxidants.
Drink it as it is for a super boost of vitamin, minerals, fibres & goodness.
It can be added in breakfast cereals, porridge and raw desserts.

But why this drink can be called banana & celery ‘milk'?

Well, banana because of it's very creaminess & sweetness. Celery because celery look just like our bones & it happens to be very high in calcium.

According to Doctrine of Signature, plant resembling parts of our body can actually be used to treat issues, ailments to those body part.
