Modern Warfare Patch 1.09 (The "Big" None Update... Update)

Another update... and another disappointment for Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Patch Update 1.09 release today with two new spec op operations and some bug fixes. But missing is all of the changes that the community is asking for. And this update added some more new bugs. Is the community being heard? Infinity Ward, what is going on?!
