One thing that's always stuck out for me is he personally calls so many people after a tragedy to provide comforting words. And it's all done without fanfare or media attention where it's always the person he called letting the press know what he did. He called up Jacob Blake's mom shortly after the shooting and he called up the dad of one of the teens gunned down in a SUV in CHOP in Seattle. They were all armed BLM that sprayed the SUV. In both cases, they told the media how much the call meant to them.
