We have some 49ers breaking news to get to on a Friday. San Francisco has signed WR Willie Snead after they worked him out on Friday. The 49ers also worked out WR Dede Westbrook. Willie Snead highlights were impressive during the first two years of his career with Drew Brees, but has struggled to stay with a team since. Snead will compete for one of the final wide receiver spots on the 49ers roster during 49ers Training Camp.
