Day 10 (or 11) Liquid Fast

So I am still exiting from the fast, I've added in a little bit of yogurt and garlic water.

I am not sure if this is day 10 or day 11.

So yeah, not sure if I would consider this a fast or diet at this point, I want to think I am still in keto .. but as this normalizes I am eager to start exercising.
My low is 227 lbs for the day so I will need to wait a couple more days, but I assuming I must be retaining more water to balance my weight.. now if this ends up being my new hydrated weight, then it may be a good point to jump off on. Overall even if it ends up resulting from a 10lb loss in two weeks that is pretty good imo.

This was mostly painless.

So starting with coffee, water, and tea(yerba mate), adding in salt, turmeric and pepper.

In week two add in a tini bit of yogurt, and protein powder.

Where this is going for me, likely adding in more insoluble fiber, and expanding my probiotics
