Ok so this was a second go at a reply to prepper nurse 1's question what are my thoughts on the USSC's decision upholding qualified immunity for police who are following the law.
Yeah but state corruption or officer corruption should invalidate the immunity even if the act is established as a lawful act if it is not constitutionally valid or violates fundamental principles such as human rights such as acts consider lawful but comprise war crimes or crimes against humanity for example, etc..
