Lake Mead Drive

August 4, 2022... Willy and I took a little nature drive along the west shore of Lake Mead. Not being a fan of taking my Jeep off-road, I let Willy talk me into doing a little bit of off-road driving. We drove a short ways down/up two wash areas to see what we could find. We visited the marina near Boulder City. Towards the end of this 25 minute video you will see how far the water in Lake Mead has dropped, evidenced by the bath tub ring. The water level has dropped hundreds of feet in the last 20 plus years. Sorry about the dirty windshield... should have thought to clean it before I started recording.
