Question 1: T3 stage III Clear Cell Kidney Cancer and immunotherapy. Patient is on Keytruda and is doing well, the oncologist will continue the medication for the next year and monitor the node. If you still have active disease you still take the drug treatment until you are in remission. If the lymph node shrinks or goes away then it is not benign. Listen to your oncologist.
