* 6 Large Eggs
* 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
* 1lb Farmer John Extra Lean Ground Pork
* 1 Tsp Chili Powder
* 1 Tsp Paprika
* 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
* 1 Tube Pillsbury Grands Flaky Biscuit Dough
* 7 oz Kraft Fat Free Cheese
* 1 Packet Pioneer Peppered Gravy Mix
* Himalayan Pink Salt + Pepper

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spray a 13x9in baking dish with 0 cal cooking spray. Tear biscuit dough into bits and layer.
3. Season pork and cook over medium-high heat until browned.
4. While the pork is cooking, boil water in saucepan and make gravy according to packet instructions.
5. Whisk together eggs and milk with salt & pepper to taste.
6. Assemble casserole by layering ground pork, cheese, egg/milk mixture, and gravy.
7. Cook in oven for 45 minutes. Cut into 6 equal squares and enjoy/save for later.
