Dehydrated bacon

This turned out super flavorful. Started as maple smoked bacon (artificial). Added ground peppercorn and turmeric with some tapatio hot sauce. Wonderful lasting flavor.. Spicy but not high hot just a subdued bbq grill heat flavor to it.. Almost like a bag of bbq chips but a touch of the spicey chillipepper and grill smoking. The turmeric itself not noticable but the flavor is lasting.. Still thwre as i tap this commentary out.
