Who is Yahweh really using to Judge America's

In my last Episode I was told that the Demo-rat party isn’t to blame for the sinfulness America is in, but that Yahweh is using them to judge America with I don’t believe what he said. So if that is the case than who is Yahweh using to judge America for it’s sinful acts.
