Nepal Trekking Song

Trekking in the Himalayas of Nepal: with 3 Sisters Trekking Company. We stopped in a village for lunch, where the trekking guides and porters sang for us. These ladies were amazing! They knew the mountains inside and out, carried our bags, educated us on Nepalese culture, village life, and their personal stories. The company exists to help improve the conditions for women - most come from poor villages, unable to make a living and provide for their families. Three Sisters gives them the opportunity to make a living, and work their way out of poverty.
Life begins when we step out of our comfort zone!
